El Sol Market has earned praise from many satisfied customers. Jim M. shares his enthusiasm, calling it the best taco place outside of Bakersfield, comparing it to a well-known food truck in the area. Jim recommends the tacos without hesitation, noting that the prices are great and the beer is perfectly chilled—ideal for a pit stop on the way to Glamis or just a casual meal.

Robert T. also gave a positive review, highlighting the quality of the chorizo burrito. Although the prices on Yelp were outdated, he was happy with the flavor and consistency of the food, mentioning that his experience last year was just as satisfying. It’s clear from his review that the food at El Sol Market doesn't disappoint, making it a solid choice for both locals and travelers.

These reviews showcase not only the high standard of food but also the welcoming nature of the place. I work in this area quite often. I travel from Calexico to Morro Bay. Hands down the best tacos you can find besides the truck off of Panama Lane in Bakersfield. Funny that all the beat food is at a Chevron. If you don't believe me, just try! Price is right and beer in the frig is cold!! ENJOY! If you are heading to Glamis, don't

The menu prices are old on yelp post. They are 11.99 for breakfast burritos not $7.00. The chorizo burrito was really good. Was driving from Yuma Az to Central Valley very early morning. I had stopped a year ago and it as good last time. Did not disappoint .

Greetings. I give the selection of foods and items in the store five stars but I offer the service at the register two stars. Many of the clerks are not English speakers and have overcharged me many times for the purchases that I made. I asked for two lottery tickets on the same ticket but was given two separate tickets instead. When asked why, I was told that she did not know how to offer the lottery tickets that I asked for! The selection of foods and drinks is phenomenal and the kitchen food is delicious as well.

EL SOL MARKET has a counter where you can order Mexican food. Walk up to the window, place your order, get your order stub, and then line up at the grocery check out to pay for your food. After they call your order, you can use one of the chairs and tables they've thoughtfully plaid inside the grocery store/market to enjoy your dinner. EL SOL MARKET is in the same property as the gasoline station. And as far as coffee selections, it's like AM PM or 7-11 in here: tons of cheap and good coffee.
